Footage surfaced over the weekend of a seemingly inebriated Kid Rock being escorted off stage at the Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N' Roll Steakhouse in Nashville, which he owns, after he verbally attacked TV personalities Oprah Winfrey, Kathie Lee Gifford and Joy Behar.

In the clip, the 48-year-old Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, says, “I’m not a bad guy. I’m just an honest guy that says, 'Hey, I don’t like Oprah Winfrey or Joy Behar. They can suck d**k sideways.'” he later says, “F**k Oprah Winfrey! F**k Kathie Gifford! . . . Oprah Winfrey is like, 'Hey, I’m gonna get some white women to believe in this s**t.' F**k her! She can suck d**k sideways. And if you say that, you’re like, 'Hey, well, pretty sure Kid Rock’s a racist.' I’m like, OK, fine.”

A member of the audience can be heard saying that the singer is “blackout drunk,” while other audience members call him out for being racist. At the end of the clip, Rock is physically removed from the stage by a uniformed officer.

On Friday (November 29th), Rock tweeted in reference to the incident, writing, “My people tried to get me to do The Oprah Winfrey Show years ago and her people wanted me to write down five reasons why I loved her and her show…I said f**k that and her. End of story.”

This is not the first time the musician has landed in hot water after a verbal attack toward well known television hosts. Last year, he was booted from the Nashville Christmas parade following profane remarks against Behar.

Back in 2011, Kid Rock was slammed for his use of the Confederate flag on stage and accused of racism by protesters. He said at the time that he meant no ill will by it: “I wanna move on and take a negative and turn it into a positive. But first, I've never flown that flag with any hate in my heart. At all . . . not one ounce.”
