On Monday night (February 11th), Kiss took the stage at L.A.'s 500-capacity Whisky A Go Go as a promotional gig for their SiriusXM Kiss Army Radio channel. Paul Stanley joked at one point, "This stage is so small, I have to leave to change my mind." The band, who was introduced by Tom Morello, played a 70-minute set for industry reps, die-hards — and such high profile attendees as Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith, Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins, No Doubt’s Tony Kanal, and comedian George Lopez. Poison frontman Bret Michaels is showing some pride at the fact that his 18-year-old daughter Raine has been named a Top Six finalist in the 2019 Sports Illustrated swimsuit model search competition. Michaels told Yahoo Entertainment: "As a dad I’m proud, but there’s bittersweetness (sic) involved, because it’s your daughter doing bikini (modeling). Y'know, it’s Sports Illustrated! It’s a bittersweet thing. I just look at it like this: I think she will be classy, it’ll be awesome, and I’m proud." Raine will be featured as part of the magzine's upcoming "swimsuit" issue coming in May. (Yahoo Entertainment)
